Julia graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Stralsund in Tourism Economy & Foreign Economics. She completed her degree dissertation in cooperation with the tourism office Hamburg and gained her first practical experience there. After her graduation she started working at a renowned agency for incoming tourism in London. Through the job and her experiences she made during her stay in the United Kingdom, she obtained profound knowledge about Great Britain and built up an extensive network of contacts. In 2003 Julia moved back to Hamburg. Since then she is working successfully as representative for Irish & English Tours on the German market. Julia is mainly responsible for Product Development, Sales & Marketing as well as Individual Customer Care.

During her apprenticeship as International Tourism Assistant and the work with a study tour operator afterwards, Sylvia discovered her passion for tourism and the professional organisation of leisure trips. In summer 2010 she graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Stralsund obtaining her Bachelor Degree in Leisure and Tourism Management. Having spent a semester working with an incoming tour operator in Dublin, she "fell in love" with Ireland and its culture. A holiday in South England finally made her turning her affinity to the destinations into profession. That is how Sylvia found her way to Irish & English Tours where she is now supporting the team in Group Operations and Marketing since July 2011.
