• Each booking will be confirmed by us in writing (fax, letter or email) this will be carried out by either our agents in Germany or our head office in Ireland. Any changes must be put to us in writing.
• The invoice balance must have been received in the Irish & English Tours bank account in Ireland 2 weeks before the tour start date. We reserve the right to refuse access to the hotel/ferry should a group have failed to make this payment by the start of their trip.
• Irish & English Tours commit to organising the trip and to maintaining the rights and interests of the client in the preparation and carrying out thereof. The service descriptions of the hotels comply with those customary of the respective countries.
• Cancellation by the client 31 days before the scheduled start date of the trip will not result in any cancellation charges. Later cancellations will result in the following charges:
  
  31-21 days 25-50%
  20-14 days 50-75%
  13-07 days 75-100%
  07-01 days 100%
   
• All changes that occur during the selling process of each trip are to be conveyed to, us and a room list is to be forwarded to us 4 weeks before the arrival date. Your invoice will then be issued by our head office.
• The client is obliged to make Irish & English Tours immediately aware of any shortcomings in service during the trip in order for appropriate corrective action to be taken as quickly as possible. Claims for damages must be lodged with Irish & English Tours in writing within 1 month of the return date.
• All prices are calculated on the basis of a minimum participant number of 20 paying persons.
• In cases of unforeseeable events like for example changes in exchange rate or fuel price increases with ferries, VAT changes etc., Irish & English Tours reserve the right to implement a price increase.
• Irish & English Tours endeavour to reserve rooms in the confirmed hotel, with the caveat that rooms in other hotels of the same category may have to be allocated.
• Our prices are calculated net per person in Euros and inclusive of all charges and taxes.
• The registered office (head office) in Ireland exclusively represents both jurisdiction and place of payment/fulfilment.
